This week we began our inquiry in to how and why things move. We began with recording our first thoughts about things that move and then recorded our wonderings and what we would like to explore.
We then explored making balloon rockets. We discovered that if the end of the balloon was held for too long, the air wouldn’t come out fast enough to push the balloon along as it was stuck together, We also noticed that sometimes the balloon spun around and other times it went in a straight line to the other end.
