For Maths today we read a book that had us doubling, double-doubling, double-double-doubling, double-double-double-doubling etc.
We then went outside and drew 1 cm lines on the asphalt, then 2cm lines and we kept doubling until we got to the other end! Before we started we estimated how many lines we would need to draw, and most estimates were above 50, but it only took us 13 lines to reach the other side of the court!
