Investigating Water Sources
On Wednesday students from year 4-7 participated in a Science investigation exploring the pH of water sources. Students explored the questions:
- Do all water sources have the same pH?
- If we add liquids or powders to water does it affect the pH?
Students created their own hypothesis and predicted the pH of each liquid. They then explored the different liquids and the way the pH dye indicator changed the colour of the water sources, recording their findings.
